Sarah Goebler of Goshen, a Goshen High School junior who is finishing her first year as an Advertising Art and Design student at the Orange-Ulster BOCES Career and Technical Education Center (CTEC) has been awarded a Summer Studio Scholarship at The New England Institute of Art. “Summer Studio 2009” is an intense five days of creative workshops targeted to tap the participants’ creative potential. She will collaborate with her peers on a design project, and at the end of the program, will share her creative accomplishments with the various other groups at the Summer Institute.
