Orange-Ulster BOCES Career and Technical Education (CTE) is accepting applications for Little Dreamers Preschool Program. Little Dreamers provides a safe, developmentally appropriate environment for preschool children. Its focus is to offer a stimulating early care and education experience which promotes each child's social/emotional, physical and cognitive development. The goal is to support children's desire to be life-long learners. CTEC's unique pre-school, a component of the Education Careers Academy, provides important training experiences for high school students pursuing teaching careers.

Under the direct supervision of fully-certified teachers, high school students work with preschoolers to learn about child development as well as planning, implementing and evaluating pre-school curricula. Children enrolled in this exceptional program are immersed in a wide number of experiences including art, science, math, social studies, sensory, kindergarten readiness, cooking, physical education and music on a regular basis.

All Orange-Ulster County residents may apply for the preschool program. Applications must be postmarked by June 1, 2022. Orange-Ulster BOCES will select preschool participants for both 3 and 4-year old programs by lottery. Applicants who accept enrollment must submit a one-time, non-refundable $50.00 tuition fee at the time of acceptance.

We ask that your child is potty trained by the time the preschool program starts in late September 2022.

Choose from one of the following sessions:
AM - 8:15-10:15
PM - 12:45-2:45

3 year olds - Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
4 year olds - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

Your child must meet the age requirement by December 1, 2022.
