Over 67 school districts and eight local governments rely on OU BOCES’ comprehensive Records Management Program, which is governed by the New York State Archives. OUB’s team of experienced records professionals are shared among the organizations that invest in the cooperative service. The team provides leadership training and the organizational skills necessary to establish a systematic Records Management Program. The team also provides full in-house archiving services that include purging and disposition of obsolete records according to the retention schedules provided by the state, as well as large format printing, scanning and copying, conversion of microfilm and paper to digital format and much more.
