We are excited to announce Abhilash Patel, 8th grader from Monroe-Woodbury Middle School and champion of the Orange-Ulster BOCES Regional Spelling Bee, is one of the twelve final spellers in the Scripps National Spelling Bee.
The finals, hosted by LeVar Burton, will be televised tonight, June 2nd, from 8:00 -10:00 p.m. ET. Information about the Scripps National Bee and how to watch Abhilash in the finals can be found on https://spellingbee.com/.
