- Instructional Support Services
On Tuesday, June 13, 2023, Orange-Ulster BOCES celebrated the accomplishments of outstanding students from our region at the 2023 awards ceremony and luncheon, which was held at the Country Club at Otterkill in Campbell Hall. The welcome and congratulatory remarks were delivered by Mrs. Deborah McBride Heppes, Chief Operating Officer of OU BOCES.
Jeremy Stoll, valedictorian at James I. O’Neill High School, displayed his incredible talent by singing the national anthem. The keynote speaker was Mr. Jacob Anderson, architectural designer and OU BOCES teaching assistant. Mr. Anderson was one of the 2015 Outstanding Student Award winners. He reflected on the impact of being an outstanding student and offered positive ways to grow as a person. Each student's high school accomplishments and contributions were shared in the awards presentation ceremony.
