OCTOBER 1, 2019: All new service requests must be filed with the State Education Department.

JANUARY, 2020: BOCES initial service request forms distributed to Chief School Administrators and Business Officials.

FEBRUARY, 2020: Service request from districts due at BOCES. (Initial Service Request).

FEBRUARY, 2020: BOCES submits Proposed Service Requests (Co-Sers) to the State Education Department.

MARCH 10, 2020: State Education Department approves or disapproves services. BOCES will notify local districts.

---

APRIL 2, 2020: BOCES Annual Meeting and tentative Annual Budget presentation.

---

APRIL 16, 2020: BOCES election and budget vote.

---

MAY 1, 2020: Service commitments by local Boards upon which contracts will be based. (Final Service Request).

---

JUNE 1, 2020: Contracts available to component districts.

---

AUGUST 1, 2020: Final contracts with local districts to be filed with the Commissioner.
